Happy meal

Saturday's night happy meal.
First time tried the biscuit crumbs chicken chop, learnt from Mrs. Lee.
*Bang my head! How could I never thought of using biscuit crumbs instead of bread crumbs*

Is so easy to prepare this dish.
Marinated the boneless drumsticks overnight with whatever sauces you like, may it be the black pepper sauce/ HP sauce/ chilly or tomato sauce/ soy sauce/ oyster sauce.
Prepared the mixture of multi-purposes flour with blended rice flour with the ratio of 3:1 and an egg.
Crushed some crackers biscuits into crumbs.
Then, coated the drumsticks with the flour mixture and biscuit crumbs.
Fried them until golden brown.

Ta daaa, this is the result!



Chicken chop with French fries.

Is been a long time, I never go to the town during Saturday's night.
Because I'm mostly not staying in Kuantan during Saturday.
Yesterday night was jamming here and there.
*fainted, sometimes you just need to break the law to avoid yourself stuck on the road*
Traffic stuck around The Zenith, prolly wedding dinner was held on.
A lot of people getting married in this month, November a great month!
I guess will be jamming again as two wedding dinner gonna hold tonight.
